Latest Pulse-R on Display at Rushlight Show
The OakTec team exhibited at the 2018 Rushlight show, held this year at the Royal Geographic Society and opened with a keynote speech from Claire Perry, Minister for Energy and Clean Growth.
The day long show highlights innovation in the cleantech sector. The show featured many projects funded within Innovate UK’s Energy Catalyst programme, of which Pulse-R is one. OakTec is delivering the WEDGE project with commercial partner E P Barrus Ltd. The project will deliver a proof of concept prototype twin cylinder iteration of OakTec’s Pulse-R technology.
As ever, the engine attracted a great deal of attention and several useful contacts were made and the event provides the opportunity to network with key stakeholders in the sector. The growing development of anaerobic digestion and biogas in developing economies is becoming a key sector for Pulse-R.
