Investment & Collaborations

Company Structure.

The OakTec business was founded in 2002 as a partnership (Oak Technical Services) and has retained this trading structure ever since. Our innovations and grant funded R&D have been carried out within this framework. As a partnership OakTec is not listed on Companies House. In 2021/2 OakTec turned over circa £1.3 M on R&D and technology development projects.

CAGE Technologies Ltd (CTL) is our trading business. Registered as OakTec Power Ltd in 2016 it remained dormant until 2021 when our first commercial products were developed. At this time the name was changed to CAGE Technologies Ltd to better reflect the CAGE brand and this business is now selling CAGE engine and generator products. Company number 10199434

In order to grow rapidly CTL is now raising funding and in March 2022 a pitch deck and extensive business plan has been prepared to share with potential investment partners. This focusses on sales of gas powered products to sectors such as construction using bioLPG and other clean gas fuels, CAGE hydrogen powered products beginning with generators, and CAGE biogas generators now being sold to global customers.
